AMA RECAP: From Validators to AI Powered Networks

On October 28th, we hosted an AMA session on X Spaces with Autheo. InfStones recently joined forces with the Autheo team for a live discussion exploring our shared mission to reshape blockchain infrastructure and power the next evolution of the web. From InfStones’ side, our Strategy Lead, Faris Jebara, and Account Manager, Eric Cheung, led the conversation. They were joined by Scott Bayless, Founder and Managing Director of Autheo; Kennter Harper, Chief Engineering Officer; and Chiara Longo, Chief Research and Strategy Officer.
The discussion covered the origins of Autheo, its architectural vision, developer-first approach, upcoming validator node sales, and how InfStones’ infrastructure will help power Autheo’s next phase of growth.
Introducing Autheo
Autheo’s team shared the story behind their ambitious project: a Layer-0 Operating System designed to create a living, connected, and interoperable internet. Founded by Scott and Todd Mortensen, Autheo was born out of a desire to solve one of Web3’s biggest challenges, fragmentation.
As Scott explained, “Web3 doesn’t yet have the operational runtime environment that Web2 does. Our goal is to build that missing layer — an operational fabric that unites compute, storage, and identity into one interoperable ecosystem.”
Open Discussions and Highlights
Chief Engineering Officer Kenneth outlined the six foundational pillars that define the Autheo ecosystem, including:
- Layer-0 Operating System – the core kernel powering interoperability and quantum-secure consensus.
- Layer-1 Execution Layer – where contracts, encryption, and privacy protocols operate.
- Decentralized Identity (DID) – providing a trust layer compatible with Web2 and Web3 systems.
- Developer Hub – a full-stack environment with SDKs, APIs, and microservice architecture to simplify onboarding.
- DeFi Primitives – 36 modular components enabling rapid deployment of financial tools.
- Infrastructure Expansion – encompassing validator, compute, storage, and AI nodes to drive scalability.
Chiara added, “We designed Autheo to make blockchain development simple. Our modular DeFi and identity solutions are built so developers can focus on creating — not on reinventing complex infrastructure.” The AMA also unveiled details about Autheo’s upcoming validator node sale, which marks a major milestone for the ecosystem.
Shared Vision and Closing Remarks
The AMA concluded with a tone of collaboration and optimism. “At InfStones, we’re thrilled to partner with Autheo to power the next phase of decentralized infrastructure,” said Faris. “Their vision for the connected web aligns perfectly with our mission to simplify blockchain operations at scale.” The sentiment was mutual as Scott expressed gratitude for InfStones’ partnership and infrastructure expertise, “We’re proud to work with the world’s leading blockchain infrastructure provider.
