InfStones hosted a memorable Happy Hour event at Consensus 2024 on May 30th in Austin, TX. Co-hosted with Puffer, Swell, StakeStone, Eigenpie, Drosera, and OpenLayer, the event was filled with engaging conversations about AVS and LRT.
AVS (Actively Validated Services) and LRT (Liquid Restaking Tokens) are two important solutions driving blockchain networks' security and efficiency. On the one hand, AVS leverages the security of Ethereum's consensus layer (via EigenLayer) so that blockchain applications can benefit from Ethereum's security without needing to establish their own consensus mechanisms.
On the other hand, LRT provides liquidity for staked assets, allowing users to earn additional rewards from multiple protocols with the same capital. Together, these two strengthen the blockchain ecosystem's security while boosting capital efficiency and liquidity for staked assets.
