How to Stake SOL with InfStones?

Before we get started, we need to ensure that we have a properly set up Solana wallet. If you have completed this step, feel free to skip. Otherwise let's dive in!

Step 1: Create or Access to a Wallet

For those who want to create a wallet, you can head to this link, and click on “Create a Wallet”. If you have a wallet already, please go directly to “ B ” for accessing it.

Step 2: Select “Using Keystore File” and click next.

You will be prompted to create a password to encrypt your Keystore file, and then download the encrypted file to your computer, or more securely, to a hardware wallet. Recommended: a new file back to the site to verify the download was saved correctly.

Don’t lose this file or the password used to encrypt it. Any funds in your wallet will be lost permanently.

Step 3: Access Your Wallet

When accessing your wallet back onto the site:

Head to this link, click on “Access a Wallet”.

Choose “Using Keystore File” and click “ Access”. You can also access the wallet by using the second option if you have a Ledger account.

Enter your “password”, “upload Keystore file” and simply click “access”

Step 4: Deposit your SOL into this wallet

Once you set up SolFlare, make sure your account is properly funded. To fund your account, send the desired amount of SOL to your address (e.g. transfer SOL from an exchange to your wallet).

At the bottom of the page, you can set up your staking account and start delegating:

Enter the amount of SOL you want to use to fund your new stake account. This amount will be withdrawn from your wallet and transferred to the stake account(No transaction fee required for this step).

However, don’t transfer your entire wallet balance because your wallet is still used to pay any transaction fees associated with your stake account.

Input your password to finish the transaction (No transaction fee required) and click on “ Finish”. So now we have set up your staking account and deposited the fund.

Once the wallet had been set up it is now time to delegate your SOL tokens. To achieve that please follow the following step.

Step 5: Delegate your SOL to InfStones

From the Staking dashboard, click “Delegate” on the right side of a stake account.
