InfStones hosted its very first company offsite retreat in Austin, TX! After our team’s success at Permissionless II, Our team members from all over the world flew in and got together to celebrate, network, and do exciting team-building activities. In attendance, various team members from our Development, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development departments were present. 

Our two-day company offsite allowed us to learn from each other, learning about each department within the company. As blockchain technology evolves, so does our work environment. Many of our team members work remotely, which is very common in the Web3 ecosystem. Coming together enhances that strong relationship in a remote work environment, not only boosting employee engagement but also driving relationships among teams, which results in strategic thinking. 

Both our CEO and Founder, Dr. Zhenwu Shi, and our Head of HR, Melissa DeArce, planned the event as a way to interconnect, learn from one another, amplify team culture, and most importantly, have fun! “At InfStones, our offsite events are more than just gatherings; they're about growth, unity, camaraderie, and serve as the cornerstone of our thriving work culture,” Melissa said. “They not only inspire fresh perspectives but also strengthen the bonds that propel us forward as a cohesive team. Together, we transcend boundaries and forge a future fueled by collaboration and shared purpose.”

This Company Offsite allowed us to come together as a company, bounce ideas, plan future collaborations, and brainstorm future projects- which we are excited to share with all of our community, so make sure to stay tuned! 

To conclude our offsite, our team was treated to a very nice dinner organized by Dr. Shi and Melissa. InfStones as a company was celebrated and everyone involved got to enjoy themselves, while also reaffirming why our company values and culture matter. This Company offsite retreat was a big success and one of many more to come!
