Welcome to the InfStones May newsletter. April was a busy month for the company with a number of crucial events taking place.

Here are all of the biggest InfStones developments that occurred in April:

InfStones Announces Strategic Collaboration with Obol Labs on Distributed Validator Technology (DVT)

In April, InfStones collaborated with Obol Labs, a research and software development team that is building Proof-of-Stake infrastructure technologies for Ethereum and other public blockchain networks. Obol is funded by reputable investors such as BlockTower, Pantera Capital, Placeholder, and Nascent. Currently, Obol is focused on developing the Obol Network, an ecosystem for trust-minimized staking that enables people to create, test, run, and coordinate distributed validators. 

Through our collaboration with Obol, we will assist the organization by conducting tests to assess its technology for the network’s V1 launch. In addition to these tests, InfStones will also be evaluating distributed validator technology (DVT) as a potential option to add to our own services in the future.

InfStones Attends Consensus 2023

This month, InfStones also proudly returned to Consensus, a pivotal blockchain industry event that was held in Austin, Texas from April 26th - 28th. Hosted by CoinDesk, Consensus is one of the longest-running and highest-profile blockchain events in the world. The 2023 installment featured speeches from an array of Web3 industry leaders and pioneers as well as a variety of excellent networking opportunities. 

InfStones sent six company leaders to Consensus 2023 to join the conversation and engage with attendees, including other Web3 companies. Throughout the event, our leaders were on hand to provide key information about InfStones’ development, products, and vision for the future. Our team was thrilled to participate, and they were able to make many exciting connections.

InfStones Expands Collaboration with Sui

In addition to collaborating with Obol Labs this month, InfStones also expanded its collaboration with Sui, an innovative Layer 1 blockchain that’s redefining asset ownership. Sui uses an object-centric model based on the Move programming language to enable sub-second finality, parallel execution, and dynamic on-chain assets. The project has secured over $300 million in funding from reputable investors such as Binance Labs, Apollo, Franklin Templeton, Coinbase Ventures, and others. 

Through our expanded collaboration with Sui, InfStones will secure the Sui Network upon genesis block, allowing token holders to delegate tokens safely and earn rewards through our Safe Stake service. We also launched Sui API through our FAST API service. Now, users can interact with the Sui Network through our Sui API endpoints, adding our Sui endpoints to their Sui wallets for fast and secure requests.
