InfStones Platform Updates - Key Changes for January

Here are our biggest platform updates for January

Cosmos (ATOM) Staking Support Added

This month, InfStones added staking support for ATOM, the native token of the Cosmos blockchain. InfStones users will now be able to stake ATOM directly on the platform to earn rewards. We offer complete rewards tracking and claiming for ATOM staking. To start staking ATOM, token holders just have to connect their wallets and click a few buttons.

Cosmos is an ever-expanding ecosystem of Web3 apps and services. At the time of writing, there are over 266 apps and services in its ecosystem, and Cosmos has over $63 billion in digital assets under management. The annual rewards rate for ATOM staking is currently 20.55%.

Instructions Added for Improving Your MetaMask Privacy and Transaction Speed

InfStones Platform Updates - Key Changes for January

ConsenSys, the parent company behind MetaMask, recently announced that it would start collecting and processing user data across its API and services. This means that MetaMask will now track your data including usage records, identity information, and transaction details. MetaMask transactions have also been slow lately and there has been inconsistency in calculating gas fees.

On the InfStones platform, you can now solve these problems by changing MetaMask’s default remote procedure protocol (RPC) API configuration to InfStones’ API. With our API, you’ll get real privacy — we don’t track our users’ information. You’ll also get faster transaction speeds and more accurate gas fees.

NEAR Protocol Staking Support Added

We’ve added staking support for NEAR, the native token of the NEAR protocol. InfStones users can now set up a NEAR validator node through our platform, connect their wallets, and start staking. After you’ve set up your validator node, you’ll be able to manage and monitor it directly through the InfStones dashboard.

The NEAR protocol is a blockchain that was specifically designed with ease of use in mind. With the NEAR blockchain, developers can code in Rust or Javascript and make use of the protocol’s powerful developer tools, simple SDKs, and compelling documentation.
